Delivery times vary depending on the gift, retailer and destination. We’ll share an estimated delivery window once your surprise is selected and keep you updated if anything changes.
Planning for a particular date? Allow extra time—we can’t guarantee arrival on a specific day.
Cancellations and refunds
WOMZI is a surprise gifting service. Once payment is completed, we don’t accept change-of-mind cancellations, returns or refunds.
If your gift arrives faulty or damaged, contact WOMZI with your order reference and details of the problem. We’ll help arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
